Refund policy
OUR COMMITMENT
We are a small family business and we stand behind every box we send. If something arrives wrong, we will make it right — no arguments, no hassle.
FOOD PRODUCTS — NO RETURNS
Because Möhr barks are perishable food products, we are unable to accept physical returns. All sales are final once an order has shipped. This is standard practice for food businesses and ensures the safety and integrity of every product we send.
WHEN WE ISSUE A FULL REFUND
You are entitled to a full refund if:
• Your order arrives damaged, melted, or in unsatisfactory condition due to packaging or transit issues.
• You receive the wrong product.
• Your order is lost in transit and cannot be located after investigation with the carrier.
To request a refund, please contact us at hello@mohrsweets.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will respond within one business day.
WHEN WE ISSUE A REPLACEMENT
In cases where a refund is not possible, we are happy to send a replacement order at no additional cost. Just let us know and we'll take care of it on our next shipping day (Monday).
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before Sunday at 11:59 PM EST of the week the order is scheduled to ship. Once an order has been packed and prepared for shipment, we are unable to cancel it.

All ingredient information is listed on each product page. Please review ingredients carefully before ordering. möhr is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or dietary conditions.
