FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum order required, no surprises at checkout.

WHEN WE SHIP

All orders are packed and shipped on Mondays only. This is intentional. Chocolate is a temperature-sensitive product, and shipping on Mondays ensures your order moves through the carrier network early in the week — arriving before the weekend, when packages often sit in warm warehouses or delivery vehicles with no movement.

Orders placed after Sunday at 11:59 PM EST will be processed the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

HOW WE PACK YOUR ORDER

Every Möhr order is packed with care. We use insulated packaging and protective materials to keep your bark safe from heat, pressure, and the general chaos of transit. Each bag is individually sealed to preserve freshness, and the outer box is reinforced to prevent crushing.

During warmer months (May through September), we take additional precautions — including insulated liners — to protect your chocolate from heat exposure. We strongly recommend being home or having someone retrieve your package promptly upon delivery, especially in warm weather.

DELIVERY TIMES

Most orders arrive within 3 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. We recommend tracking your package and retrieving it as soon as it arrives — particularly in warm weather — to ensure the best possible condition upon arrival.

DAMAGED OR MELTED ORDERS

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, melted, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@mohrsweets.com with a photo of the package and product. We will make it right.

Please note that Möhr is not responsible for damage caused by the recipient being unavailable at delivery, or packages left in direct sunlight or extreme heat after delivery.
