PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our chocolate bark products are perishable food items. It is the customer's responsibility to store products properly upon receipt — away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available through Shopify Payments. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including any applicable taxes.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

ORDERS & FULFILLMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are confirmed by email upon successful payment. We ship orders every Monday. Orders placed after Sunday 11:59 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

SHIPPING

We ship within the continental United States only. We offer free shipping on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. möhr Sweets is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a food business, we do not accept physical returns. All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are issued for orders that arrive damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

All ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page. It is the customer's sole responsibility to review this information before purchasing. möhr Sweets products are produced in a facility that may handle tree nuts, peanuts, and coconut. We are not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed allergies or failure to review product information.
